From New York to Shanghai, the universe of “docks”, port basins, is both industrial and maritime places where exchanges mix with intense rusty colours patinated by travel. Designer Johanne Cinier was inspired by this to propose three unique models. Alternating bright or deep reds, white patina with grey reflections, Dock Granit subtly restores the marriage of an industrial and mineral universe.

The blackened copper-plated metal effect is similar to an ethnic sculpture enhanced by a metallic paint. An evocation of the sculpted doors of distant lands.
